PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF CUSTOMERS
INFORMATION NOTICE
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), your personal data may be processed by Arn Plaza Foreign Trade Joint Stock Company (“Company”), as the data controller, within the scope outlined below.
Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
The personal data you provide may be processed for the purposes ("Purposes") listed below, in accordance with the data processing conditions and purposes set out in Article 5 of the Law.
Based on the legal basis that processing personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract directly related to the parties of the contract:
• To inform you about the products and services provided by the Company, which you have requested,
• To respond to your inquiries.
Based on the legal basis that processing personal data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject:
• To manage customer relationships,
• To carry out necessary work by our business units to ensure that individuals benefit from the products and services offered by our company, including sales and marketing activities of our products and services,
• To determine and implement our company’s commercial and business strategies.
Based on the legal basis that processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a legal right:
• To receive, evaluate, and resolve your requests and complaints.
With your explicit consent:
• For the marketing of the Company's products and services, profiling and analysis activities, and to recommend and promote the Company’s products and services in a way tailored to the preferences, usage habits, and needs of individuals,
• To send commercial electronic communications, such as advertising and promotions, via your preferred communication channel, and for the processing of your identity and contact data for these purposes.
Recipients of Personal Data and Purposes of Transfer
Your collected personal data may be transferred, for the purposes mentioned above, within the scope of our legitimate interests, to our suppliers, public institutions and authorized private persons as required by law, and to Arn Plaza Foreign Trade Joint Stock Company for communication and promotional activities based on your explicit consent. Transfers will also be made in accordance with the rules regarding the transfer of personal data as set out in Article 8 of the Law and under the conditions specified in Article 5.
Method of Collection of Personal Data
Your personal data is collected electronically through the email address info@arnplaza.com and/or via the call center, as part of the fulfillment of the Purposes.
Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11 of the Law
According to Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• If your personal data has been processed, to request information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are being used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
• If your personal data is incomplete or incorrect, to request correction and have the third parties to whom the data has been transferred informed about this correction,
• Even if your data has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant laws, to request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist, and to have the third parties informed about this deletion or destruction,
• To object to the outcome that is generated by the exclusive processing of your data through automated systems, which may have an adverse effect on you,
• To request compensation for damages caused by the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You can submit your requests related to the above-mentioned rights by filling out the Data Subject Application Form, which you can access at info@arnplaza.com. The Company will respond to your request in the shortest possible time and no later than 30 days, free of charge. However, if the process incurs additional costs, the Company may charge a fee based on the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
